 To survive a childhood household of anger, poverty, alcohol, drug, mental, and physical abuse, at an early age Michelle learned to read situations quickly. Michelle remembers ah ha moments as far as back as 7 years old when her father made his first sexual advances and she chose not to be another of his many victims. At that same young age her mother asked to borrow the twenty plus dollars in coins that she had been saving so that her family could buy groceries bringing her to yet another level of power.
These and many other gifts led her to becoming a thriving adult. Today, her work helps others simplify in all areas of their lives through conscious living and trust building communication techniques. Dr. Payton 's processes help build confidence in yourself and others which inevitably gives you full access to identifying what soul-based happiness means to you.
