Based on Dr. Payton’s book HEALING WHAT’S REAL, the group participates in her unique EFT/Self Hypnosis Healing Circle. You will review EFT(tm)/Emotional Freedom Technique (applying pressure by tapping dense nerve endings), know basic acupressure points, and use Ho'oponopono (Hawaiian healing technique meaning "to clean"). Each person in the group will reduce negative emotional attachment, uplift and reframe your reality to a more positive and productive state.
