Note: Dr. Payton customizes her sessions to fit her clients' needs. Therefore, sessions are a combination of techniques using Hypnotherapy, Self Hypnosis, Past Live Regression (if appropriate), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), personality assessment with Astrology, Numerology, Birth Order, and other training.

Birth Mix Patterns Sessions -- $99 per hour
Utilizing Numerology, Astrology, Birth Order, Neuro-linguistic Programming™ (NLP) techniques.
On phone, can do 15-minute increments for BMP questions if you've already had a session. If requesting printed "astrology reports" or "numerology reports" see buttons on the left for pricing.
Michelle has done extensive work with groups (love interests, family dynamics, work relationships...), as well as individuals. Consults have even extended to looking at the number and street addresses of houses under consideration to purchase and how this mixed with life partners or room-mates, family members' birth mix personality traits and compatability, name changes, company names, and more.
Ulimately we get to... Who are you? What do others know or perceive about you that you might not see? Why do you do what you do? How, when and where can you use your Birth mix baseline--birth date and order—to identify your life purpose/life path? Michelle answers this utilizing Numerology, Astrology, Birth Order (and you may be surprised at your true birth order!), and NLP reality framing to help you enhance your financial, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual areas of life.
Results... Michelle has worked nationwide with thousands of people on individual and group levels. Michelle’s rich informational sessions get you in contact with your who, what, why, how, when and where which can include strengthening symbols, healing affirmations/mantras, enhancing aromas (smells/tastes), expanding colors (therapy), balancing environmental elements... that will achieve your soul-success. She utilizes her Neuro-Linguistic programming™ training and communication education to program your reality to action today. You'll be armed with a clearer understanding of yourself and patterns to make immediate changes to achieve soul-balanced happiness with grace and elegance.
Expect homework... You will get action steps to get your life in balance. We hit the top one or two areas of the moment. This can range from creating a “life resume,” your "fun & fulfilling" list, building a business plan to managing financial matters, understanding what relationships serve you best, targeting a new career and identifying resources, understanding how your life partner fits into your life path/plan and much more. Michelle's role is not to tell your future, but to help you determine your own.
Via phone, recording can be included and client downloads mp3. On-site/in person, client is responsible for recording devices.

Holistic Hypnotherapy (Past, Current and Future Life) -- Price $99 per hour
For individuals only, in person only.
Primarily utilizing a mix of Past, Current and Future Lives Hypnotherapy, Self Hypnosis, Numerology, Astrology, Birth Order, (NLP) Neuro-linguistic Programming(tm) techniques, (EFT) Emotional Freedom Technique(tm) Tapping...
This unique session is one to two hours long and can only be done in person. Michelle brings you to a relaxed state and together you explore past, current, and/or future lives (whatever is most productive at that specific time) hypnotherapy session. When you are back in-the-moment (in no particular order), Michelle discusses who you are today (with a consolidated BMP analysis with your Astrology, Numerology, and Birth Order). NLP, EFT, Self Hypnosis, Accupressure Hypnotherapy, and Reiki (Dr. Payton is Reiki 2 trained/initiated) are integrated into your sessions as needed.
Result... Your holistic healing session gives you a clearer understanding of yourself and your patterns to make immediate changes to achieve soul-balanced happiness. Depending on your goals, these sessions require focus and patience during and following your holistic healing session.
Multiple sessions are common to connect ALL your life experiences as (generally) more details are revealed with every experience. Michelle has studied with top instructors in hypnotherapy, NLP (tm), EFT (tm), and Past Life Regression/Future Progression including Brian Weiss (author of "Many Lives, Many Masters"). EFT/Emotional Freedom Technique(tm) Sessions -- Price $99 per hour

Emotional Freedom Technique is a way to remove/neutralize the emotional charge to unproductive memories that keep you from enjoying life. This is accomplished through tapping on the body (a form of accupressure) with the idea to balance your meridians. This can be done in conjunction with other services or independently. Reiki may also be administered (remote or on-site) as Dr. Payton is also Reiki 2 trained/initiated. |

Empowered Living Mentoring -- Price
$99 per hour for individuals or groups…
Weekly, Bi-monthly and monthly available. In person may include hypnotherapy or other relaxation techniques.
Processing in the moment… This is a 30-minute or more, coaching session where we exchange information to fully develop and integrate soul matters. We focus on areas of life appropriate for that moment in time and you receive assignments and information to solve issues in the moment and long-term. This is scheduled via phone only (in rare cases on-site since this is ongoing mentoring).
Michelle, upon request, can also look more deeply into your numerology (including how your name stacks up) and astrology (separate charges may apply). The ultimate goal... to help you understand who you are and how perfect you are (and how your imperfections are part of your perfections), increase confidence, and re-train yourself to trust in your inner voice(s).
This type of focus and commitment to your soul-level balancing usually requires more than one session. Taping can be included and downloaded via mp3. |

Space Clearing & Environment Realignments -- Price $99 per hour
In person only.
Michelle celebrates her American Indian heritage by offering space clearing and realignments of homes and/or businesses on a case-by-case basis. Includes dowsing for heart center and stuck energy, drumming and clapping out stale energy, smudging and holy water for purification, rededication (including soul-level goals set by client). Michelle is also professionally trained in Feng Shui, and she applies elemental balancing and is keenly aware of symbols (resulting in language) communicated in environments.
Call for more details. $99 per hour. Two-hour minimum. Travel fees may be incurred if more than 30-minute commute. Taping not included. |
